Delivery and Pick-up Instructions
Welcome to Cal Hono Freight! We have specialized in the shipment of frozen and chill foodstuffs to Hawaii since 1978. We handle all foodstuffs with the exception of ice cream and produce. We have an in-house freezer and cooler facility to properly hold your product pending loading into a container.
Information for your Supplier(s)
Thank you for advising your suppliers to deliver your freight to Cal Hono Freight. Please note that we have two different facilities. Our frozen dock is located at 634 S. Mission Rd., Los Angeles, CA 90023 while our chill dock is located at 430 S. Anderson St., Los Angeles, CA 90033.
Our receiving hours at each location are as follows:

* Orders must be received no later than 1:00 PM Tuesday and Friday in order to make the Wednesday or Saturday vessels. Early deliveries on Monday, Wednesday, or Thursday are encouraged!
Our telephone number is (323) 980-5500, Ext. 100 (our '800' number is only available from Hawaii). Directions to our Anderson St. facility are available on our Voice-mail answering service. Please ask your truckers to call this number to schedule deliveries to both the frozen and chill receiving docks.

The cutoff for phoning or faxing in pickups for the Wednesday vessel is 1:00 PM Monday; and for the Saturday vessel it is 1:00 PM Thursday. We will make every attempt to arrange pickups faxed after these cutoffs but we cannot guarantee that they will make the next vessel.
