Dear Valued Customer, Cal Hono Freight Forwarders is pleased to announce that copies of your supplier's bills of lading and (for selected local delivery companies) your consignee's proof of delivery documents are now available on our website. Customers with access to our on-line resources can instantly view shipping documents related to past and present orders. Simply select any order status report and click on the ticket number link to view a detailed status page for each order. Within the page, click on any document link to see a high-resolution copy of a shipping document or the specific invoice reflecting the selected order. Retrieved shipping documents can be zoomed-in for a magnified view of even the smallest 'fine print'; or, printed with laser printer quality in high-resolution at nearly 100% scale. As orders are processed, documents will promptly be inserted into our document management system; and, any document can be retrieved and displayed on your browser within seconds. A soon-to-be implemented feature will alert you by e-mail as new documents pertaining to your order arrive. You'll be able to 'click' on a link in the e-mail message to immediately access the document without even logging-in! Of course, all aspects of our on-line resources are secured — and, your confidential information is accessible only by you.
