Subject: Cal Hono A/R Statements

Dear Valued Customer,

Cal Hono Freight Forwarders is continually working on improving our customer service. With that said, we are now pleased to offer monthly statements to our customers.

Depending upon your payment schedule and aging of currently outstanding invoices, you may or may not have already received a mailing of your first statement. Statements will only be produced when currently open or past due invoices appear on your account.

Additionally, we will start implementing some service charges for past due accounts. To avoid these charges, please pay within the current terms on your account.

You may have already received a form to elect or decline to receive monthly statements. Electing 'no' does not exclude past due accounts from service charges. Also, please note that past due accounts cannot opt out of receiving monthly statements.

Should you find an error on your statement, please bring it to our attention as soon as possible.
