- Message Content – Outbound: Shipment updates, delivery confirmations, OTP codes, alerts, and other service‑related messages we send.
- Message Content – Inbound: Your replies (e.g., “YES”, “STOP”, “HELP”, or any question you text back).
- Device & Network Metadata: Carrier name, timestamps, IP address of the web form submission, and device type (when available).
- Account‑Related Data (if linked): Name, email address, order/shipment numbers, billing and shipping addresses.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We rely on the following lawful bases:
- Consent: You provide explicit consent by completing a double‑opt‑in (replying “YES” to our verification message).
- Legitimate Interest: For fraud prevention, security, and service improvement.
4. How We Use Your Data
- Send real‑time logistics updates (status changes, delivery confirmations, exception alerts).
- Deliver one‑time passcodes (OTP) for authentication.

5. Message Frequency & Timing

- Third‑Party Service Providers: Only aggregated, non‑identifiable data is shared for hosting or analytics, also under DPAs.
- Legal Requests: We may disclose information to law enforcement or regulators when required by law.
- International Transfers: If data leaves the U.S., transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards.

- Encryption in transit (TLS).
- Role‑based access controls for employees.
- Comprehensive logging & monitoring of all SMS activity.
